CAMPMEALS BY TORCHLIGHT – VIETNAMESE STYLE PORK ROLLS

Inspired by growing up near the Vietnamese community of Cabramatta, in Sydney, our Campmeal by Torchlight version is as close as we can get to the real deal. Ideally, sliced cucumber should be included, however, we find them difficult to keep fresh, so they have omitted from this recipe.

YOU WILL NEED

4 long rolls or white slice bread

Sliced smoked ham

Sliced roast pork

1 carrot cut into thin sticks

Thomy mayonaise

Coriander, fresh bunch

Shallots

Liverwurst

Maggi Original Seasoning sauce

Salt and pepper to taste.

Chilli, hot

METHOD

Spread liverwurst on bottom bread, place cold meats, carrots, coriander, shallots on top. Sprinkle Maggi Original Seasoning sauce, spread mayo on top piece of bread. Enjoy!

*Add fresh chopped Birdseye chilli to make this a real eye watering meal.

** If you can store cucumbers or plan to make this meal the day you purchase them, then absolutely include them!
